Make delicious chocolate confections in this immersive cooking class. Chef Mary will teach you the recipes and techniques for making decadent desserts. You'll learn the techniques for cooking and tempering chocolate before making your treats. You'll start by making truffles using dark chocolate flavored with orange, Bourbon and peanut butter. Then, make a delicious chocolate bark topped with pistachio, dried cherries and other toppings. In the end, you'll enjoy your homemade sweet treats and feel confident in making chocolate desserts for any occasion.

I am always mesmerized watching her spinning her magic. No, not everyone can do that, but what’s special about Mary is when you watch her creating, you feel like you can go home and do the same thing! Somehow she takes the fear out of what might appear to some as an intimidating recipe. Her easy and laid back manner and approach to cooking is quite frankly refreshing. Well educated, traveled and versed, she is absolutely the real deal.
Chef Mary brings a world of service-based experience to her culinary ventures. Her passion for cuisine allows her an escape in which fabulous flavor is the ultimate measure of success.
