A world-class chef will guide you through the wide world of spices as you learn to craft Indian korma, roasted fennel rice and mango tapioca pudding. You'll work with fresh and vegan-friendly ingredients such as eggplant, vegan butter, fennel seeds, mango and cardamom.

I had the best experience learning to cook with Chef Miguel! Not only did I learn valuable tips/techniques for prepping and cooking/baking food, Chef also has the knowledge and skill to make healthy, delicious food.
