Inspired by classic Italian cuisine, this cooking class follow the classics easily found in Little Italy. Design an enticing handmade focaccia olive oil dip with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Prepare a delightful three-mushroom garden cellentani with oyster mushrooms, portobellos, white mushrooms, spinach, capers and cherry tomatoes, along with a side of succulent asparagus that you will learn how to roast in extra virgin olive oil. Finish your meal with a vegan cheesecake.

Such a nice experience! Chef Miguel is a great teacher and makes everything much more fun. The food was absolutely delicious and we are excited to add the recipes into our cooking rotation!

Chef Miguel's class was very fun and informative, he took the time to show us different kneading techniques and shared alot of tips and information about working with yeast dough. Chef Miguel was very personable, and we enjoyed his company! We would highly recommend taking his class and look forward to doing another class soon!!
