Inspired by classic Italian cuisine, this cooking class follow the classics easily found in Little Italy. Design an enticing handmade focaccia olive oil dip with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Prepare a delightful three-mushroom garden cellentani with oyster mushrooms, portobellos, white mushrooms, spinach, capers and cherry tomatoes, along with a side of succulent asparagus that you will learn how to roast in extra virgin olive oil. Finish your meal with a vegan cheesecake.

Not only did I learn valuable tips/techniques for prepping and cooking/baking food, Chef also has the knowledge and skill to make healthy, delicious food.
