Chef Miguel was very organized and prepared. He was very patient and helpful giving step by step instructions. I would definitely recommend taking a class with him. The food was delicious.

Such a nice experience! Chef Miguel is a great teacher and makes everything much more fun. The food was absolutely delicious and we are excited to add the recipes into our cooking rotation!

Chef Miguel's class was very fun and informative, he took the time to show us different kneading techniques and shared alot of tips and information about working with yeast dough. Chef Miguel was very personable, and we enjoyed his company! We would highly recommend taking his class and look forward to doing another class soon!!
