Chef Josiah will guide you through the process of forming tomato and basil caprese salad and working your way from flour and eggs to handmade pasta with pesto, Parmesan and Italian sausage. Indulge your sweet tooth by learning to make a creamy custard Zabaglione with fresh strawberries.

Tomato and Basil Caprese Salad

With fresh mozzarella, salt, extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground black pepper


Homemade Pasta Dough

with flour, eggs, olive oil and salt


Pesto on Handmade Pasta

With basil, garlic, pine nuts, pepper and Parmesan cheese


Zabaglione and Fresh Strawberries

With egg yolks, dry Marsala wine and sugar
