Join Chef Denise for an unforgettable cooking class that will transform your Taco Tuesdays forever! You will create homemade tortillas by combining masa harina, water and salt to form a smooth dough and cooking them on a hot griddle. Next, you will prepare carne asada by marinating lean beef in a mixture of citrus juice, onion and garlic. Grill or sear the beef until it's tender and slightly charred, creating a succulent filling. Finally, you will assemble your tacos by placing the freshly grilled carne asada on the homemade tortillas and adding a variety of fresh toppings such as pico de gallo, pickled onions and guacamole.
