Imagine the sea breeze as you craft four Mediterranean courses in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Sarah will teach you the techniques and ingredients needed to craft these delicious dishes. To begin, you'll make a classic Greek salad filled with fresh vegetables, sprinkled with feta cheese and drizzled with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Next, make a juicy chicken flavored with lemon, rosemary and olive oil with a side of pearled couscous mixed with carrots and onions. For dessert, indulge with a decadent baklava sweetened with honey and cinnamon.
