Chef Monica shares her trade secrets as a pastry chef in recipes for cheesecake made with silky cream cheese and tangy sour cream and chocolate mousse prepared with fresh cream and rich cocoa. Then, use your sumptuous creations to assemble layered desserts in shot glasses that are as sweet to look at as they are to eat.
