Upgrade your brunch game with this fun cooking class where Chef Maurice will share his expert culinary insight with you. In this brunch-centered class, you'll get to assemble a mouthwatering Monte Cristo sandwich by making all of the components completely from scratch.
Start off with some fun as you turn juicy pork belly into salty, savory strips of homemade bacon sprinkled with sugar and pink salt. Learn an expert's methods for making the perfect eggs before you slice thick slices of challah bread to be made into golden slices of French toast. Assemble your gourmet meal and take your new skills home with you!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

this was a very fun experience and it was very hands-on. I learned a lot and the food tastes incredible. we even got to take plenty food home! the portions were great and to learn aside Maurice and his daughter was amazing.

Maurice and his daughter were incredibly kind and informative. This experience was very hands-on and fun. Maurice was incredible with accommodating me and my allergies with no judgment. they were so friendly and we will definitely be booking more classes!

Chef Maurice was his team were great! We had such a good time making homemade tortillas and guacamole. I even learned a better way to cut open avocados. You can tell Chef Maurice really enjoys cooking and sharing his experience and knowledge with others. :)
