Making sushi from scratch may seem complicated, but it's not when Chef Oonagh is here to help. Learn how to make three different types of sushi rolls with Chef Oonagh's guidance in this sushi-making class.
You will start with a tuna roll spiced with chilis and green onion, then craft a fresh uramaki crab roll with mixed vegetables. Finish with a vegetable temaki roll made traditionally with seaweed and rice plus avocado, cucumber and bell pepper.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Oonagh has more than 20 years of professional culinary experience under her belt as well as a degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach. Chef Oonagh is currently a cooking class instructor, executive chef at a teen summer cooking program, and the executive chef and manager of a thriving catering company in NYC, which caters to high-end clients, corporations, people in fashion and TV, and many other areas.
