Making sushi yourself can seem overwhelming, but in this cooking class, Chef Jacob will show you how to make sushi that rivals your favorite restaurant.
Class begins with a spicy salmon roll made with fresh vegetables, salmon, perfectly prepared sushi rice and chili mayo. After that, things will get slightly more advanced as Chef Jacob shows you how to make an "angry roll" with tuna, shrimp tempura, spicy snow crab and orange edamame sauce. He will also prepare a piece of salmon sashimi for each guest.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Jacob is an excellent chef. He is very knowledgeable of many different cuisines. He is very energetic and personable and enjoys teaching others the skills he has learned over his many years of cooking.
