He will teach you how to prepare three traditional dishes starting with miso soup, which is usually prepared with tofu, but you can swap it for tempeh if preferred. Next, you will learn how to make two types of sushi rolls. Start with a classic California roll filled with fresh vegetables and crab. Next, make a tuna roll enhanced with a spicy Japanese mayonnaise.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
