Cooking Class: Homemade Pasta Carbonara

In this class with Chef Cindy, you'll learn how to make two homemade pasta dishes completely from scratch using simple, fresh ingredients, and time-honored Italian cooking methods.


After mastering the art of homemade pasta, Chef Cindy will teach you how to prepare a classic Italian carbonara as well as cacio e pepe — a wonderful example of simple ingredients creating a memorable dish.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
