Gnocchi is one of Italy's most famous dishes, so simple yet so delicious. In this cooking class, Chef Stacey-Ann will share her expertise to make gnocchi making a simple process you can do at home.
She will start by teaching you how to prepare your dough with potatoes, eggs and flour. Then, shape your gnocchi and boil it until perfectly cooked. You will enjoy it with a homemade tomato, garlic and herb sauce.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
