Cooking Class: Homemade Cheese and Chocolate Fondue

Fondue is a comforting, classic dish that's sure to impress anyone. Learn how to make two types of Scandinavian-style fondue from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Inga. 


Start with a spicy pepper Jack cheese and white wine fondue served with French bread. Then, you will make a decadent peanut butter and chocolate fondue served with fresh strawberries and bananas.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Spicy Jack Fondue

With pepper Jack cheese, white wine, chicken broth, broccoli florets and French bread


Peanut Butter Chocolate Fondue

With dark chocolate, milk, bananas and strawberries

This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!
