You will be taught all the tricks you need to roll beautiful sushi from scratch, starting with crab and avocado rolls. Then, learn how to sear tuna, which you will use in your second roll topped with spicy mayonnaise sauces — one infused with wasabi, and the other with Sriracha. Finally, handcraft a spicy tuna roll.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
