In this cooking class with Chef David, you will learn everything you need to know to make a classic pizza Margherita, adorned simply with the colors of the Italian flag, in your own kitchen using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.
Chef David will begin the class by teaching you how to make pizza dough from scratch. Then, you will begin the constructing your pizza Margherita by layering a bright slick of tomato sauce, rounds of chewy mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves atop a crisp and chewy crust.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The cooking class with Chef David was fun and very informative. I am glad that I took the class as I learned about a cheese I’ve never tried before out of fear. Learning technique was great, inclusive and all around fun. I would definitely take a class with Chef David again

Chef David's culinary journey began at a young age and was first influenced by his mother’s Jamaican roots and his father’s Southern upbringing. Chef David is now well-versed in a variety of cuisines, but Caribbean-soul food fusion remains his speciality. He has since gained extensive private chef experience and event production experience with the James Beard Foundation and the Food Network. Chef David also loves being able to give back to the community through culinary arts.
