Nikki was an absolute powerhouse of a chef. So animated and enthusiastic and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We learned the tricks of the trade in making homemade pasta plus the yummiest chicken meatballs and sauce. A fantastic experience. Loved Chef Nikki!
