Since becoming a chef in 2011, she has combined her passion for food with close client interaction, creating personalized culinary experiences that celebrate her diverse cultural heritage. Raised in South Carolina by a Caribbean mother, Chef Nikki's cooking reflects her love for Low Country living and West Indian culture and she specializes in Italian, Latin and Caribbean cuisines.
