I had a great time. I liked that Chef Roger spoke about different techniques including the type of knife to get down to the spices and seasoning. I learned how to make salmon to perfection!

Chef Roger really brought this class together and made sure everyone was able to participate in the cooking. He was thorough with all instructions and health advice. I loved that it was more than just one recipe, that was so exciting and well worth our time and money!! We will definitely be back for another class of his!

There was special cooking class for Valentine's Day. Chef Roger had a very lovely and ambitious menu. For the appetizers we made Curry Deviled Eggs, Crab Salad in Parmesan Cups and Brie and Fig Balsamico. For the main course we made Seared Salmon with Truffle Potatoes and Leek Cream Sauce and Asparagus. Desserts were Pate A Choux filled with Cream and chocolate-dipped strawberries as well as Oreo Chocolate Balls. It was all very delicious! @classpopevents

Very good food. He’s very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very airy and humorous. Good experience to try different techniques although you don’t get to make every single thing yourself, there were stations.

Was a fun experience but I don’t think it’s worth it for the price. You don’t actually get to make the meal yourself. It’s mostly the chef doing most of the work and the easy stuff like chopping veggies is done communally by everyone. The portion that you get also isn't a full meal since you have to share with everyone, more like just enough so you can get a taste of what “you” made.

Chef Roger was amazing! Hands down one of the best teachers you could ask for, not only taught us how to make the dish well, but also common mistakes and how to fix them instead of just wasting ingredients and starting over. We had an amazing time during this class and absolutely loved the food that we made! We will definitely be looking at Chef Rogers future classes and you should too!
