I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Will last night, who led our Classpop. I was pleasantly surprised by how personable he was, making the class feel less intimidating. He took his time with us, teaching each step thoroughly, and remained professional the entire time. He even took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and it was apparent that he not only had the skills to teach us but also a passion for cooking. I've used Chef Will on a couple of different occasions. He's always super friendly and hospitable. His food is amazing. He did five courses for me and some friends my 40th birthday. The main course was a grilled lamb loin with grits infused with some spice and some colorful greens. I've never had a plate of food so beautiful and delicious! His smile and overall personality really lended itself well to the experience. Love Chef Will.
