Chef Mel
Chef Mel’s love for baking began early and grew across some of the world’s most inspiring culinary cities. Raised between Paris, Miami and New York, she later trained at culinary school in NYC before honing her craft in celebrated Parisian bakeries. She went on to open and run her own bakery in Paris for five years, then returned to New York to launch a baking kit company designed to make pastry more approachable at home. Today, Chef Mel is dedicated to helping bakers of all levels build confidence, learn new skills and experience the joy of creating something sweet from scratch.
