Cooking Class: Gourmet Italian Cuisine

Enjoy Italian dishes elevated to gourmet status in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Javier. You'll learn creative techniques for elevating already-delicious dishes into a truly elegant experience. First, you'll prepare arancini with moody black rice and a saffron aioli. Then, use handmade pasta and tender veal to create flavorful fettuccine arrabbiata with plenty of Parmesan. Dessert is a luxurious take on classic panna cotta, reimagined with lavender, smoked fruit and a bit of crunchy peanut brittle.

Here is my review: Chef Javier is a well seasoned chef with tons of culinary experience. He can cook an array of cuisines and really enjoys the art of teaching. He enjoys the connection that food brings amongst others and wants to share that. Totally recommend!
