You’ll first prepare an authentic ceviche with shrimp and fresh garden vegetables. Next, you’ll make charred octopus, accompanied with a zesty chimichurri sauce. For the main courses, you’ll cook a batch of sweet, smoky shrimp and a plate of spicy tuna tiradito, a Mexican take on sashimi. This unique class is perfect for people who have a soft spot for both seafood and Mexican cuisine.

Chef Luis taught me how to properly chop an onion safely while also having even pieces. I learned a good tip from him in order to cry less during chopping by always using a very sharp knife. This is crucial in order to not release the gasses of the onion. I will definitely be using his tips and tricks in my home kitchen.
