Toronto Cooking Class: Make Fettuccine With Chef Giselle

Make fresh fettuccine and a vodka sauce from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Giselle. 


You'll start by mixing eggs, 00 flour, olive oil and salt to form a smooth pasta dough. After kneading and rolling it out, you’ll cut the dough into ribbons of fettuccine. While the pasta rests, you’ll then cook a flavorful sauce using tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, herbs, olive oil and a splash of vodka. Cream and Parmesan are added at the end to make the sauce rich and smooth. Finally, you’ll cook your fresh pasta and toss it in the sauce.
