First, you'll make a crisp Caesar salad with a tangy dressing and crunchy croutons. Learn how to craft the perfect chicken Marsala with wine and mushrooms and freshness from a bit of lemon. On the side, you'll enjoy handmade garlic bread topped with melty cheese. And for dessert, you'll make traditional Italian ricotta cookies to indulge in.

Tera was very friendly! She was calm and instructed us with grace and ease. We had a great time with her. She taught us some awesome tips during the cooking process. The only negative thing is the main course wasn't very flavorful. We mentioned my friend had to do low sodium for health reasons so maybe that's why? Still give her 5 stars!
