Team Building Activity: The Great Guacamole Mash-Up

Chef Chericia brings the culinary excitement to your office in this onsite team building activity where creating great guacamole is the goal! Get your gang playing with their food as they compete to make the best guac around. 


This smashing challenge includes fun trivia and helpful hints for transforming simple guac into a mind-blowing dip experience. Groups or individuals will be judged on how innovative and tasty their unique guacamole creations are! Enjoy some lighthearted competition, fun camaraderie and creative expression. Teams can enjoy a DIY taco station and non-alcoholic sangria after the competition. Feel free to provide a wine of your choice.


MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Guacamole Competition

Ingredient options include avocados, ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onions, tropical fruit, chili peppers and more


DIY Taco Station Lunch and Trivia

Prepared in advance

With corn tortillas, flour tortillas, choice of chicken or beef, fajita vegetables, salsa, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and tortilla chips


Virgin Sangria

BYOB red wine or white wine, optional
