Chef Dean gave us such an incredible experience! We made an amazing Japanese street food feast, including handmade gyoza from scratch (he even taught us how to properly fold the dumplings), gyudon, yakisoba, sushi rolls, green tea, and the most delicious matcha cake. He was fun, personable, and an excellent teacher. He shared so many helpful tips and techniques that made everything feel approachable, whether you're a beginner or love to cook. The class was hands-on, relaxed, and full of great conversation. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was so much of it—we left completely full! I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable date night, family activity, or just a unique experience. Thank you, Chef Dean, for such a wonderful evening!

Wonderful experience. Chef had 3 different ramens to taste. Don’t go into thinking you’ll cook everything yourself. This is an experience/social event that allows you to help cook. This is not a technical class. If you are interested in that you’ll need to book a more intimate experience.

The chef was an excellent instructor with both personality and talent. Our experience was disrupted by the other patrons who were so involved in their personal conversation that it drowned out the instructional part of the class.

Chef Jason was great! Very personable and worked well with a full class. His sauces were delicious. His instructions were clear, and we appreciated his attention to detail. He was well prepared, and the class was so much fun. We will try to book with him again when we are back in town!

Chef Tissany was very instructive and encouraging. She made the experience fun for everyone. While we all got to make our dumplings, we all individually got to assist Chef Tissany with a task too. The recipe was delicious and we will be making it time and time again!

We had a fun evening learning how to make pasta - we mixed using our hands, rolled out the dough and cut it into narrow pieces. We laughed a lot then enjoyed a delicious pasta with butter and parmigiana cheese.

Delicious food. 3 types of ramen were prepped and made for us to taste. Large portions. In a brewery, so causal atmosphere plus brews for purchase. Fun evening out.

Chef Washington and Chef Jane created an absolutely amazing Italian cooking class experience. Everything was perfectly organized and ready to go when we arrived, so we were able to jump right in and start cooking without any delay. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and fun—it truly felt like cooking with family. Both chefs were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the food they were teaching us to make. They shared great tips about the ingredients and techniques, which made the whole experience both educational and enjoyable. The class flowed really well, the company was great, and the environment made it easy to have fun while learning something new. Most importantly, the food turned out absolutely delicious! It was incredibly satisfying to cook such authentic dishes and then enjoy them together at the end. The pasta class with Chef Tissany was fun and inviting. She combined education with a good time and her approach to making the pasta was very approachable. Sadly we have no photos to share we didn’t want to get our cameras dirty with flour. We were too into the cooking but Chef Jason was so cool and down to earth! We loved him! He was very informative and funny and explained everything to the T. We enjoyed the class very much. Would love to take another class in the future.

Epic.. a really great experience today with chef Washington. He brought it into a whole personal experience with friends, just cooking together. We were a team making some outstanding Mediterranean food. I would highly recommend this and hope to do it again soon! The only downfall wasn’t the chef or anything to do with him. It was the fact that I didn’t know a location of where it would take place until after I paid. Then it turned out being at our house, with friends. Which was fine and fun, but unexpected, And this was an impromptu booking. We were expecting/hoping it to be in a commercial kitchen somewhere. That being said, I’d do it again in our own kitchen, but with more time for us to prepare.

Chef Washington was fantastic. I get social anxiety very easily and this was my first cooking class experience, as well as my wife’s. Chef Washington is very easy to talk to and very friendly. Cannot recommend this experience enough, well worth it.

Great experience and so insanely delicious! Accommodations were made for our vegetarian attendee which she loved. Chef Fumiko helped my husband one-on-one who is a beginner. I will try these recipes at my home. Highly recommend.

I can't rave about Chef Jaimee enough! The food was outstanding and they made the most impressive charcuterie board I've ever seen in my life! All my guests were raving about it for days! Attention to detail was clearly a priority when organizing my event and it all turned out like a dream! The waitstaff was fantastic and made it all go so smoothly. I spoke to many caterers and Jaimee was by far the most real, and reasonably cost for everything. The food was amazing. Filipino food was melt in your mouth, delicious and so authentic. My mouth is watering thinking about how amazing it was. Jaimee and her staff were so amazing. They had the food out and cleaned up like ninjas. I barely noticed them moving in and out and restocking, but they were so on top of it. I would recommend all her food and staff a million times over!!!

Jaimee was absolutely amazing. We got everything we wanted for our wedding with Jaimee and her team - the food truck, the yummy and delicious breakfast-for-dinner foods, and great service. From the moment we had the tasting, we could not wait to eat her food again! She was so personable the entire process and made us felt heard.
