Cooking Class: Passport to Thailand

Dive into the rich, colorful cuisine of Thailand in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tracy. You'll learn about new ingredients and cooking techniques as you explore the Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese influences that make up the storied culinary traditions and complex flavors of Thai cooking. 

 

Being by learning to prepare savory and sweet curried purple potato and chickpea dosas served with mango chutney. From there, master the art of folding handmade potstickers filled with mushrooms, shallots, cabbage, jicama and carrots. Your entree is a lush, complex tsurai ramen with garlic, ginger, coconut milk, peanut butter and zucchini. Finish by whipping up a sumptuous Thai twist on lemon cake.

Food was good but class was lacking. Connection was bad and couldn’t hear anything about the recipes or what was going on. Printed recipes are solid though!
