Ms. Christie worked in public legal services, helping indigent people access deserved representation before turning her attention to marketing and training at an agency specializing in SEO and digital reach. She has written scripts and editorial content for major global and national brands, but her true love is travel.
She used her fully remote role to live all over the world, including long-term stays in Bangkok, Porto, Paris, Oaxaca, Buenos Aires, and Seoul. Ms. Christie has become an expert at scoring last-minute reservations to Michelin-star restaurants and finding the best hole-in-the-wall spots. Her love of cultural history is expressed through her repeat museum visits and fondness for local history guides.
Ms. Christie is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of the liberal arts institution Truman University, where she received a bachelor's degree in English Literature. Though she no longer works in the public service sector, her volunteer work with various local literacy projects remains a passion.
