Cooking Class: Flavors From New Orleans
Learn how to make a multi-course meal inspired by the flavors of New Orleans in this cooking class with Chef Jeffrey.
Begin the class by making a refreshing salad with grilled radicchio. Next, learn the secrets of making Cajun cuisine. You'll chop onions, bell peppers and celery, known as the holy trinity, to be the base of the pasta with blackened chicken, grilled lemon pepper shrimp and a creamy sauce. On the side, make crisp roasted broccoli seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon. Indulge in decadent bananas foster bread pudding made with French bread and dark rum to end the meal.

We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.
