In this cooking class with Chef Nedra, you'll learn how to use plant-based ingredients to make vegan sushi from scratch.
To begin the cooking class, you'll practice your knife skills by chopping fresh vegetables, including cucumber, avocado, carrots and bell peppers. Plus, learn how to make the perfect fluffy seasoned sushi rice. Then, you'll spread rice onto nori sheets, first layering avocado, carrots and cucumbers with a generous portion of vegan mayo to make flavorful California rolls. Then, use bell peppers, cucumber, purple cabbage and spinach to make a colorful rainbow vegetable roll.
