Cooking Class: Handmade Rustic Italian Ravioli

Ravioli is a traditional and popular dish in Italy and around the world because it's both versatile and delicious. If you want to master the art of making ravioli from scratch, this cooking class with Chef Eva is the perfect place to start. 


She will teach you how to make two different types of filled pasta by hand, both of which you'll surely want to make again after this class! Start with ricotta and spinach ravioli, which you will serve with a light and fresh tomato sauce. Then, Chef Eva will teach you how to make mushroom ravioli with creamy Italian sausage.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
