Please research him before you go to the class. Did not meet expectations. There wasn't enough utensils, group of 11 sharing 1 knife, 2 dough rollers , and it felt very rushed. He salted the water in the pasta so it was very very very very salty ultimately. Unsanitary .He was very unorganized. Was dropping items . didn’t know if his cooking equipment was going to work. Felt like he was rushing us just to get to his singing gig that he had after. I left HUNGRY. Would not recommend. Not worth the price he was charging.
