Set up was too small for the amount of people there, talking over the food, we was looking for interactive express where we get to prepare the food and cook it. There was only one stove and the food was not cooked. It would have been nice to have us prepare and cook the food

The experience was not what I expected. I thought we would dice our own vegetables and cook the dumplings. That didn't happen. We only put the prepared sausage with ingredients on the dumpling wrapper. There was only one pot to cook about 100 dumplings. So, we were able to eat one dumpling every 15 minutes. In essence, we paid over $50 for 3 dumplings (Rachel dropped a tray full of dumplings.) The cooking experience was not good since we never cooked. I should get a refund and everyone else that attended.

"There's not a word yet, for old friends who've just met." This is how my husband and I feel about Chef Rachel. She is the whole package... kind, funny, good listener, AND a great cook. We have now spent two sessions with her. The first time was to make dumplings in a crowded pub in Manayunk. We had so much fun with her that we hired her to our home to do a complete dinner cooking lesson with us and our adult children. The result was comforting, beautiful food and more laughs than I've had in too long. If you are looking for a fun afternoon where you also learn to cook something yummy, we seriously suggest hiring Chef Rachel or signing up for one of her cooking classes. I promise you will not regret a minute of it.

I recently attended a pasta making class with Chef Rachel, and it was an absolute delight! Chef Rachel was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire process with patience and enthusiasm, making it easy for beginners like me to follow along. Sitting down with fellow participants and eating our delicious creations was the perfect ending to the class. I can’t recommend it enough, whether you’re a novice or a seasoned cook, a class with Chef Rachel will have you walking away with new skills and a big smile on your face!
