Chef Marty was trained in the kitchen by his grandmothers in Tuscany. His experience taught him the Tuscan heritage of using fresh, bountiful ingredients grown in the fertile countryside to create food that's simple, healthy and delicious. His appreciation for this legacy shines through in his cooking classes, where Chef Marty shares his culture's culinary goodness with students who are eager to create it for themselves.

Chef Marty was fantastic! She made the whole class so much fun! I highly recommend this class. Her herb garden is amazing and the food was wonderful!

We had a wonderful time hearing stories and learning some of the history of Italy, in addition to a hands-on cooking experience. The company wa great too. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Chef Marty made everyone feel very comfortable from the time we arrived. She gave us quite a lot of information, not only about how to prepare the food, but also about Italy. Chef Marty explained that by raising our glasses of wine or sparking water and clinking them together before taking that first bite, we were wishing each other good health.

Chef Marty was a very pleasant person and knowledgeable cook. I would have liked less of the history/geography lesson to reduce the length of time it took. It would also help to know that “premium” classes like this don’t accept Groupons. It would be helpful to know that this takes place in a home and provides a portable toilet (albeit clean) for use.

Amazing!!!! Wow!!! Chef Marty finally helped me with my pasta making techniques! I can’t wait to show off my skills. The experience from start to finish was fantastic!!! Such a wonderful time!!! I also picked up some good pointers on timing the courses.
Chef Marty is so knowledgeable and friendly, she told us wonderful stories and the whole experience was a blast!!!

She was absolutely amazing! She made sure our questions were answered and everyone was included. We picked fresh herbs from her garden and learned from a real Italian chef. The food and experience was amazing thanks to Chef Marty. We will be in contact with her in the future about recommendations while in Italy.

Chef Marty made for an unforgettable expwrience. We started off with a light snack to hold us over with fresh avocados from her garden. The process of the food we made seemed difficult but with Marty's heAlp, she made it easy. During the cooking process we even took a tour of her herb garden. But the dinner at the end is the real treat, not only do you indulge in your creations but get to heq about marty's amazing life. We will definitely be going back soon and bringing friends!
