Mixologist Anthony — known as Professor Baker on Instagram — is a Cocktail Professor and Bartending Instructor in New York City who crafts timeless cocktails and creates elaborate beverage concoctions that push the limits of molecular gastronomy. He’s spent several years honing his skills behind the bar in many Manhattan hotspots and loves sharing his passion for shaking, stirring and sipping drinks with his students in his interactive classes.

The class was interesting, and funny. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we made some of the drinks again the next day. I would highly recommend this class for someone who is interested in learning more about mixing drinks.
