Experience hands-on culinary training as Chef Karen guides you through the basics of authentic Moroccan cuisine in this cooking class. First, Chef Karen will teach you how to prepare two different tagines: a fragrant sweet potato and lentil tagine with red peppers, tomatoes and dates and a creamy Moroccan chicken tagine with onions, herbs, dried figs and apricots. Next, you'll master a fresh couscous salad with currants, almonds, spices and fresh herbs. Finish class on a sweet note with a tart orange blossom dessert with pomegranate, honey, orange blossom water and halva.

Our French Bistro Fare cooking class experience with Chef Karen was wonderful and the food was merveilleux!! From start to finish, Chef Karen was inviting, genuine and made us feel so comfortable to ask any questions. The kitchen has a wonderful set up and we loved learning all the little tips & tricks to make life easier in the kitchen. We can't wait to make this meal for our family and to hopefully take another class one day soon.
