Cooking Class: Homemade Italian Pasta

Bring the iconic tastes of Italy to your own kitchen in this hands-on cooking class with Chef joseph. You'll learn how to create fresh pasta using professional cooking techniques. First, Chef Joseph will start with fresh sea bream ravioli with zucchini, cherry tomatoes and pistachios. Next, you'll learn how to create iconic Busiate alla Trapanese chunky pasta with toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese. For dessert, you'll prepare a sweet strawberry tiramisu with ladyfingers, mascarpone and strawberry coulis.
