Join Chef Alicia for a three-course culinary tour of Middle Eastern specialties in this cooking class. You'll use fresh herbs and spices to add flavor to authentic ingredients while learning traditional culinary techniques. Start with a creamy humus and za'atar-spiced naan with garlic, lemon juice and paprika. Next, learn how to prepare chicken shawarma and mejadra, a fragrant rice pilaf with lentils and crispy onions. Dessert sweet pistachio baklava crisps with phyllo pastry, orange zest, honey and mint.
