Cooking Class: Traditional Italian Pizza Workshop
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn all the steps to making a truly authentic Italian pizza from scratch. Under the guidance of Chef Laine, you'll first make and knead your own sourdough for the pizza crust. Once your dough is all rolled out, you'll then cook up different types of pizza sauces, including a traditional marinara and basil pesto. Then, you'll craft your own personal pizza pie by topping your dough with your sauce and toppings of choice. To enjoy alongside your pizza, you'll also assemble a mixed green salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Your pizza party will conclude with a sweet apple galette for dessert.

Thank you very much for the wonderful class! It was amazing. You were so patient in showing us the techniques of “working” the dough for pizza, answering to all our question and adding fun to making the pizza and apple pastry. Hats off, I had a wonderful experience!
