What You’ll Do

To begin the class, make a refreshing bruschetta made with crispy bread topped with fresh tomatoes and a tangy olive tapenade. Then, choose one of two dishes for your main course. Either pick a tender chicken marsala made with a rich Marsala wine sauce or an earthy mushroom risotto with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. End the meal with a classic Italian dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth: a decadent and creamy panna cotta topped with seasonal fruit or a rich tiramisu layered with mascarpone and espresso-dipped ladyfingers.
