It’s time to set aside boring chocolate chip cookies and learn how to make three delicious cookies in this interactive cooking class. With the help of a world-class Chef Bige you will learn how to bake classic vanilla shortbread cookies, triple lemon cookies and double-sided jam cookies using ingredients easily found at your local grocery store. There’s nothing like a good cookie to warm the spirit!

What an amazing experience! We learned a lot, had lots of fun, and we actually learned how to cook pasta! The final dish was delicious and we will definetly try it at home

It was fun...and I think I learned something, however the only suggestion I have is I would have liked the chef to be at the front of the class so we can watch her do it and we could work along side

Chef Bige is an exceptional cook with over 30 years of experience in the culinary arts. Her passion for creating outstanding dishes and pastries is evident in her work. She specializes in healthy cooking, gluten-free options, keto and organic certified vegan beverages. Bige graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 with a focus on patisserie and food sciences. She enjoys sharing her joy for healthy and creative cooking with her community.
