In this hands-on class, your team will take a journey through the art of pasta-making as Chef Michelle lends her expertise to teach you how to create fresh pasta and classic sauces that will have your taste buds begging for more.
After you've learned all about pasta-making, it's time to put your cooking skills to the test in a lively competition that will have you and your crew working together to create the ultimate pasta dish. From shaping the dough to creating a unique sauce that's out of this world, the possibilities are endless. As the excitement builds and the creativity flows, you'll witness team bonding at its finest. Groups will be judged on their dish's uniqueness, appearance and overall taste. And once the competition is over, it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy a well-deserved meal that will have you feeling like a true Pasta Prodigy.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michelle's excursion into the world of the culinary arts began after graduation from the Westlake Culinary Institute. She earned her stripes through various roles, including server and pastry chef. After further training at Le Cordon Bleu, she became a pastry chef instructor, sharing her expertise with aspiring bakers. Chef Michelle's passion for cuisine fuels her desire to help others acquire culinary skills for themselves.Â
