Team Building Activity: Make Fiesta Eats and Compete With the Team
Gather your group for a team building activity bursting with flavor and fun! Chef Michelle will be your group's culinary expert in this hands-on culinary activity. She'll teach everyone some valuable new skills as she demonstrates the best methods for making classic guacamole and salsa.
After that, excitement will settle in as the group splits into teams for a fiesta-style cooking competition. Using a variety of potential ingredients, each group will work together to create their own unique guacamole and salsa flavors. From sweet corn to tangy mango to fiery peppers, the combinations are endless. Teams will be judged on the creativity, appearance and flavor of their dishes, so teamwork and innovative thinking are sure to flourish. After one group is crowned the Guac Gurus, everyone will get to feast and relax together.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michelle's excursion into the world of the culinary arts began after graduation from the Westlake Culinary Institute. She earned her stripes through various roles, including server and pastry chef. After further training at Le Cordon Bleu, she became a pastry chef instructor, sharing her expertise with aspiring bakers. Chef Michelle's passion for cuisine fuels her desire to help others acquire culinary skills for themselves.Â
