Cooking Class: Artisanal Pizza Making

Learn the art of wood-oven pizza making in this fun and interactive cooking class. Following Chef Cindy and David's easy-to-follow instructions, you will first prepare a gourmet flatbread starring dry-cured smoked salmon. Perfectly crispy pizza topped with prosciutto, gorgonzola and arugula will follow. To make your calzone, you will stuff a pocket of homemade pizza dough with fresh ricotta and smoky chicken, fold carefully and cook until golden. Finally, indulge in a sweet treat of rich chocolate ganache pie with caramelized banana and caramel drizzle.
