Next, perfectly pink Ahi tuna with a delicate sesame crust dipped in avocado and lime aioli. A side of sesame-infused rice, cooked in a savory broth will round out the dish. End the experience with a Japanese favorite: fluffy, soufflé style sweet pancake.

Rachel was very helpful and the meal was genuinely delicious. I feel confident that I could recreate it now on my own. If you have allergies let her know so you can plan together to avoid them in your meal. She was very sweet with our dog and made due with our minimal tools and experience. We would definitely work with her again!
