In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Djeff, you'll get to roll up your favorite sushi rolls while learning new, professional culinary techniques.
Ditch takeout and learn how to handmake your favorite sushi dishes. First, you'll learn how to create a classic tuna roll filled with julienned carrot, cucumber, avocado and pickled ginger. You'll also get to learn how to craft a simple, yet iconic fresh salmon roll with thinly sliced cucumbers. Finish class with a refreshing poke bowl including your choice of salmon or tuna, with fresh jalapenos and sriracha aioli for a spicy streak.

Chef Djeff is so knowledgeable and kind. She made the experience very personalized and educational. Not to mention, the food was so amazing! The flavor combinations were superb and unexpected. It was fun helping her in the kitchen. She gave us the option of watching only, but I wanted to be hands-on. Highly recommended!

Djef is one of the most amazing private chef I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. She raises the bar with her amazing recipes that taste great and her amazing service every single time; that combination is a rare find. She cooks all kinds of food 😍 my favorite is her steak, mash potatoes and asparagus and also the sweet/spicy ham with mash potatoes. But literally everything she cooks is AMAZING
