Chef Mo will take you to a delightful experience teaching you the secrets and ingredients needed to make the best Thai recipes. Start with colorful vegetable spring rolls made with fresh vegetables, vermicelli, rice, and herbs dipped in a creamy peanut sauce. Next, prepare a tangy chicken that blends sweet and spicy flavors seamlessly made with lime, garlic, pickled cucumbers, and radishes. Pair it with a coconut cream and mango rice. And for dessert, learn how to make a creamy parfait of mango moussed and whipped coconut cream with sprinkled toasted peanuts.
