Chef Mo will take you to a delightful experience teaching you the secrets and ingredients needed to make the best Thai recipes. Start with fresh spring rolls made with lettuce, Thai basil, mint, cilantro, carrots, cucumber and onion. Next, prepare a tangy chicken that blends sweet and spicy flavors seamlessly made with pickled cucumbers and radishes. Pair it with savory coconut mango rice. And for dessert, learn how to make mango mousse with coconut crumble.
