In this interactive cooking class with Chef Nataly, you'll learn to prepare hearty vegan fare inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. Each plant-based dish is packed with spice and flavor. Begin with a fresh fattoush salad with pomegranate dressing, followed by halloumi crostini with sourdough. For the main dish, you'll learn to make vegan scalloped potatoes with hearty mushrooms and topped with crispy breadcrumbs. Finally, learn to make a rich chocolate cake for dessert.
